The hotel had a lovely and elegant decor, making it a delightful place to stay. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment for senior people. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent, with easy navigation and helpful amenities that catered to our needs.

I would have appreciated more attentive service from the staff during my vacation. It would have been ideal if the children working there were more attentive and showed better understanding of the needs and preferences of senior guests.

This place is located in a peaceful area, super close to both the airport and the railway station. You can also easily reach downtown from here. the room is air-conditioned, trendy, and even has a bathtub for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. 🛁

Everything was fantastic.

The spa is amazing if you can get it. It is the only 4 star thing in a otherwise 1 * hotel. The employees in general do not communicate well. They say yes to everything and then go do whatever they feel like creating a lot of confusion. Make sure you can get to the spa. It is private and you need to reserve it. The breakfast is quite decent too. But the rooms, the ambience and the staff is just as a highway hotel. It is well connected to the centre via tram lines.

Well-appointed and nicely furnished rooms and decent size bathrooms. Location not far from Near to the tram and Bratislava city centre and Bratislava at 11pm or so.

The relax center at Premium was an amazing experience, well worth the discounted price. The facilities were top-notch and provided a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The receptionists spoke fairly good English and the one Sunday evening had beautiful eyes. :)

We expected a little more comfort from the 3rd bed in the room.

The location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect, and it was really convenient to have public transportation just a short walk away. In about 10 minutes, I was able to reach downtown and explore all the attractions.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
